Orders and confirmation

These terms apply to orders and services from Taj Water Ltd. Product descriptions, prices, taxes, delivery charges and availability are confirmed at ordering. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Contact us promptly about mistakes. Specific written order or rental terms take precedence where they address the same subject.

Delivery and access

Delivery depends on our service area, route capacity and safe access. Provide accurate addresses and access instructions. Estimated times may change because of traffic, weather or events outside our reasonable control; we will discuss alternative arrangements when possible. Tell us promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

5-gallon jug deposits and returns

A refundable jug deposit may apply separately from the water price. The deposit amount, eligible containers and return method are disclosed with your order. Return eligible Taj Water jugs in reusable condition to receive the applicable refund or credit. Lost, damaged, contaminated or ineligible containers may not qualify; contact us before disposing of or returning a container.

Dispenser rentals

Rental rates, deposits, billing intervals, installation requirements and return arrangements are confirmed in your rental agreement. Use equipment as instructed and keep it clean and accessible. Report faults promptly and do not make unauthorized modifications. Responsibility for damage beyond normal wear and any agreed charges is governed by your rental agreement and applicable law.

Payment

Pay the amounts and by the due date shown on the confirmed order or invoice. Applicable taxes and any agreed delivery, rental or deposit amounts are identified separately. Contact us promptly about a billing dispute. We will discuss unresolved balances before suspending further service, subject to applicable law.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact (778) 504-7880 or tajwaterca@gmail.com as early as possible to change, pause or cancel an order or recurring delivery. Cancellation timing, any disclosed charges and rental notice requirements are confirmed with your order or agreement. We do not impose undisclosed cancellation charges. Refunds and remedies remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Safe storage and use

Store sealed bottles in a cool, clean place away from sunlight and chemicals. Follow dispenser cleaning and manufacturer instructions. Do not use drinking-water containers for other liquids. Contact us with product concerns and follow public-health instructions during emergencies.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Taj Water is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or delays beyond its reasonable control. Where lawful, liability for an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, or apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law and contact

The laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada govern these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
