Information we collect

Taj Water Ltd collects the information needed to answer enquiries and manage orders: names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, access instructions, order history, jug returns, rental details and contact-form messages. Payment providers process payment information under their own policies. Please do not include sensitive information in delivery notes.

Purposes and consent

We use this information to confirm and fulfil orders, arrange deliveries and returns, administer dispenser rentals, issue invoices, respond to requests and maintain business records. We explain additional purposes and obtain consent when required. You may withdraw consent to optional uses by contacting us; withdrawing information needed for service may prevent us from completing that service.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and browser storage for site functionality, visit measurement and session information. Google tags, including Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics where enabled, and Google Ads may collect device, browser, IP address, page-view, referral and interaction information. Our website analytics and ordering providers also process relevant information. Manage cookies in your browser and use available Google privacy controls. Blocking storage may affect website features.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed with delivery, hosting, ordering, analytics and payment service providers, or where required or permitted by law. Providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. We remain responsible for information under our control and use appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Retention and protection

We keep information only as long as needed for the identified purposes and legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it. Access is limited to people who need it for their work. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information; no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, corrections and concerns

Request access to your personal information, corrections, details of our practices or withdrawal of optional consent by emailing tajwaterca@gmail.com, attention Privacy Officer. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful limits on access. We address complaints and respond within applicable legal time limits. BC PIPA and, where applicable, PIPEDA govern our handling of personal information. You may also contact the appropriate privacy commissioner.
